Build a sequence
Go to Sequences and add steps. Each step has a subject, a message, and a delay. For example, you send the first email now. You send a follow-up email 3 days later. You send another email after 5 more days.
Use merge fields like {{first_name}}, {{company}}, and {{title}}. The fields fill in for each lead.
Enroll a lead
Open a lead and enroll the lead in a sequence. The first step sends immediately. The other steps send on schedule from your own inbox.
Tip
A sequence stops automatically when a lead replies. You do not keep contacting a person who already answered.
