Why connect

When you connect your email, you can send messages to leads directly from LeadDaily. LeadDaily logs every send and every reply on the lead automatically. Your emails come from your address. Replies also arrive in your normal inbox.

How to connect

  1. In LeadDaily, click Connect email.
  2. Choose your provider. LeadDaily detects Gmail, Outlook, and other providers automatically.
  3. Create an app password in your email account. Paste the app password into LeadDaily. An app password is safer than your main password. You can revoke it at any time.
  4. Send a test message. Then you are connected.
Tip

An app password is a special code that your email provider makes for apps. We store it in encrypted form. We use it only to send and read your lead conversations.

Tracking

After you connect, LeadDaily records when a lead opens your email and clicks a link. LeadDaily also captures the replies on the timeline. Clicks and replies are reliable. Opens are a best-effort signal, because some mail apps hide them.
