ProspectDaily ("we", "us") provides a B2B prospecting service that delivers business contact information and outreach content to our customers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and password (stored hashed).
• Targeting details: the answers you provide about your target audience, your company, and your outreach. We use them to find prospects and write intro emails.
• Payment information: our payment provider, Stripe, processes this. We do not store your full card details.
• Google Drive authorization: if you connect Google Drive, we receive a limited token. The token lets us create report files in a folder for you. We use the drive.file scope. This scope only allows access to files our app creates. It cannot access the rest of your Drive.
• Google Gmail authorization: if you connect your Gmail mailbox, we use the gmail.send scope to send the individual messages you compose and the replies and follow-ups you send to people already in a conversation with you. It does not let us read, delete, or manage your existing email. Automated first-touch prospecting sequences are not sent through the Gmail API. We store the authorization token in encrypted form and use it only to send the messages you choose to send.
• Usage data: basic logs (for example, report runs) to operate and support the service.

Prospect (business contact) data

The prospects we deliver are business professionals' work contact details sourced from third-party B2B data providers. This data is provided to you for legitimate business-to-business outreach. You are responsible for using it in compliance with applicable laws (see our Terms).

How we use your information

To provide and improve the service: find and enrich prospects, generate intro emails, deliver daily reports, process billing, send service and onboarding emails, and provide support.

Google user data and Limited Use

ProspectDaily's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google user data only through the drive.file and gmail.send scopes described above, and only to provide features you turn on. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Humans do not read your Google data except with your consent for support, or as required by law.

You can revoke our access at any time. Disconnect the mailbox or Drive inside ProspectDaily, or remove ProspectDaily from your Google account permissions.

Service providers we share with

We share the minimum necessary data with providers that help us operate: our B2B contact-data provider (prospect data), Anthropic (AI email writing), Google (report delivery to your Drive), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Render (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We retain your account and delivery history while your account is active. Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can update your targeting anytime, cancel your subscription, and request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing us.

Cookies

We use a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
