What the extension does

It does two things, and only while you are on linkedin.com:

• Insert a template. It puts one of your saved LeadDaily DM templates into the LinkedIn message box you are typing in.
• Sync a conversation. When you click Sync DM, it reads the open conversation and sends it to your own LeadDaily account, where it is filed on the matching lead's timeline.

What it collects, and only when you ask

Nothing is collected in the background. The extension reads a conversation only when you click Sync DM. At that moment it sends to ProspectDaily:

• the messages in the conversation you have open;
• the other person's name and LinkedIn profile URL;
• your LeadDaily API token, so we know which account it belongs to.

It does not read your LinkedIn feed, your connections, your searches, or any page you have not explicitly synced. It does not track your browsing.

Where it goes

To your LeadDaily account on prospectdaily.com and nowhere else. It is not sold, not shared with anyone, and not used to train anything. Your API token is stored locally in the browser (chrome.storage.local) and is sent only to prospectdaily.com.

The people in your conversations

A synced conversation contains someone else's words. Treat it the way you would any customer record: it lives in your CRM because you are working with that person. Delete a lead and its synced messages go with it.

Removing it

Uninstalling the extension removes your token and settings from the browser immediately. Anything already synced lives in your LeadDaily account — delete the lead, or ask us and we will remove it.
